We are very proud to announce that QNet's 24/7 NSG Multilingual Contact Centre is now a proud member of two prestigious Contact Centre Associations. Within the Contact Centre Associations, both of these are highly sought after memberships.
1) Contact Centre World - An international association where all Contact Centres throughout the world; Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, America, Europe are members.
2) Contact Centre Association Malaysia - All reputable Contact Centres in Malaysia are members of this organisation.
In order to become a member of both the associations, we went through a comprehensive screening process where we had to comply with strict requirements, based on which we were successfully inducted into both organisations.
By being members of these associations, QNet's Customer Contact Centre now has been recognised as a world class, credible service provider where Service and Customer Satisfaction are our main goals.
